Winter Solstice Online Sacred Circle

Gather together in an online community to honor the turning point in the seasons from fall to winter, from sagittarius to Capricorn.
This sacred circle is a ritual to honor your journey, your growth and completions as we let go into the darkness before spring comes again.
The ritual includes grounding meditation, breath work, reflection, gentle movement, reiki restorative yoga & community.
Bring a candle, journal & your open heart. All are welcome.

Michelle stepped onto the yoga path in 1998 and has not looked back! She received her first 200-hr Classical Hatha Yoga Certification in 2004. She created & operated Harmony Yoga studio in Denver 2006-2015. She completed 300-hr Yoga Therapy Professional Training & Ayurveda through Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga & Ayurveda (2008), where she was introduced to the teachings of Yoga Master Sri Baba Hari Dass. She has studied energy meditation for over a decade through Inner Connection Institute, Denver, CO, has done extensive work and practice in the Healing Arts & continues to evolve. She has developed Yoga Teacher Trainings, workshops, regional & international yoga retreats. As a Reiki Master Teacher, she offers individual Reiki sessions and trainings.
