Stressed? Not sleeping well? Headaches? Feeling down? Anxious? Body tense? Overwhelmed?

Our nervous systems are working over time as we continue down this turbulent road of 2020. It’s time to take a necessary break to deeply relax & recharge our vital energy.

Please join me for 1 hour of Restorative Yoga & self-care.
It’s the antidote to stress.

What to expect:
Long-held, fully supported poses to let your body & brain quiet down & rest. Self-massage for feet, hands, head to nourish the nervous system as you rest in each pose. An hour of quiet bliss.   Disconnect from all distractions. (as well as you can)

No experience necessary. Just show up & learn to let go.

What to bring:
Any and all yoga props you have including a soft mat, blankets (twin size), bolster, blocks, eye pillow, sand bag, etc.
Massage oil or lotion
Favorite calming essential oil (optional)
Cotton socks you won’t mind getting a little oily
