“I have been doing yoga and reiki with Michelle for over ten years. She is an incredibly loving and caring yoga instructor. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of yoga, from breath to poses. I look forward to the weekly sessions because I know I will feel better mentally and physically after each and every one. I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough.” -G.M.
“I have been taking Michelle’s restorative yoga class for about three years, two of which have been online. They have been my saving grace since the start of the pandemic! Michelle tailors every class to her participants’ needs and asks. Michelle has such a calm, peaceful demeanor, and she gives clear directions with options for all levels. Her restorative yoga calms down my stress. I love it!” – K.R.

What People Are Saying:
“It is hard for me to fully express how much weekly restorative yoga has helped me since July 2020. Not because I don’t want to express it, but because I find it hard to put into words the level of its meaning and effectiveness.Restorative yoga has helped me regulate my emotions, helped calm me down in the middle of the week, helped me learn coping strategies for challenging times and for challenging emotions. As a not very physically flexible person, it has helped me stay at a level of flexibility. It has helped me stretch out the areas of my body that hold a lot of tension. It has helped my body operate as a body should. Most of all, it has provided a weekly touchpoint and time when I know you will be there, offering a space to let go of other things for one hour and just focus on restoring myself. I know I can do recordings, but having a human “waiting” to be joined makes a huge energetic and psychological difference over a recording that can be started or shut off any time, or that I can easily “avoid” because no one’s on the other end.Thank you so very deeply for all the offerings you have been giving.” – K.R.
“Thank you again for sharing your gifts with us. I wanted you to know that I value each session I’m able to attend and am always amazed that your fountain of yoga knowledge just keeps flowing!”-LK
“I participated this Spring in a yoga membership with Michelle. It was such a treat! My tired body looked forward to the Wednesday night unwind gentle and restorative class every single week. I also loved the morning sessions. Even though my work schedule didn’t always allow me to join live, the replays were like little treasures I had waiting for me. I really valued how Michelle integrated astrology into the classes. We are all a part of this wild and crisis cosmos and harnessing the planetary energy and honoring and integrating the phases of the sky was such a special component of these classes. I’m already looking forward to my next season with Michelle!” -K. M.
