Please join together in this beloved ritual created by yoga master Sri Baba Hari Dass to move through 28 gentle flowing vinyasas designed to release energies one by one that cloud our inner light. This practice is accompanied by Sanskrit mantra from the Mount Madonna Center, CA. Create sacred space to honor the turning point of the new moon, solar eclipse, summer to fall, virgo to libra seasons. We do this healing work for ourselves & the world.
Workshop includes the forgiveness series & reiki restorative yoga to fill yourself with an inspiring energy reset.

Michelle Voeller stepped onto the yoga path in 1998 and has not looked back! She received her first 200-hr Classical Hatha Yoga Certification in 2004. She created & operated Harmony Yoga studio in Denver 2006-2015. In 2008, she completed 300-hr Yoga Therapy Professional Training & Ayurveda through Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga & Ayurveda, where she was introduced to the teachings of Yoga Master Sri Baba Hari Dass. His Classical Yoga teachings opened her eyes to the full picture of Ashtanga Yoga of Pantanjali, The 8-Limbed Path of Yoga, including breath (pranayama) and meditation. He gave her the spiritual name “Parmita,” Limitless. She has also studied energy meditation for over a decade through Inner Connection Institute, Denver, CO, has done extensive work and practice in the Healing Arts & continues to evolve. She has developed Yoga Teacher Trainings, workshops, local & international retreats. She is a Reiki Master Teacher (2018), and is a former high school educator for Cherry Creek Schools, Colorado (2000-2006). She is grateful for all of her teachers & wisdom she has found on her journey & is in awe of how life continues to unfold.
