Our Mission
We are a 508(c)(1)(a) spiritual fellowship dedicated to holistic healing and conscious living. Through practices like yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, and spiritual health coaching, we guide individuals toward balance, clarity, and connection.

Michelle Voeller: Yoga Teacher, Healer, & Spiritual Guide Michelle Voeller’s yoga journey began in 1998 and has since evolved into a lifelong path of discovery and transformation. In 2004, she earned her first 200-hour Classical Hatha Yoga certification, marking the start of her deep commitment to the practice. From 2006 to 2015, Michelle owned and operated Harmony Yoga in Denver, creating a sanctuary for students to connect and grow.

Her thirst for knowledge led her to complete a 300-hour Yoga Therapy Professional Training & Ayurveda certification at the Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga & Ayurveda in 2008. It was there that she encountered the teachings of Yoga Master Sri Baba Hari Dass, whose classical approach to Ashtanga Yoga, particularly the 8-Limbed Path of Patanjali, profoundly shaped her practice. Under his guidance, she received the spiritual name “Parmita,” meaning Limitless, a reminder of the boundless potential within all of us.

In 2018, Michelle became a Reiki Master Teacher, and for over a decade, she has studied energy meditation through the Inner Connection Institute in Denver, CO, integrating healing practices into her yoga teaching. Her passion for holistic well-being led her to become a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and a Spiritual Life Coach in 2022.

A dedicated teacher and guide, Michelle has developed Yoga Teacher Trainings, workshops, and has led local and international retreats. Her deep commitment to personal growth and evolution has shaped a career built on empowering others to align with their highest potential.

Before her yoga career, Michelle was a high school educator with Cherry Creek Schools, where she taught from 2000 to 2006. Today, she is grateful for the many teachers and wisdom that have shaped her path, remaining in awe of how life continues to unfold. Michelle is committed to offering transformative experiences that empower students to connect deeply with their bodies, minds, and spirits, helping them embrace their own limitless potential.
