Workshops and Class Series

The following is a list of workshop or class series topics I am currently offering. These are authentic yoga practices based on the teachings of yoga master Sri Baba Hari Dass of India (1923-2018). I have been practicing and teaching these topics for over a decade in yoga teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats.

I am registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 and YACEP, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. Each topic is open to all experience levels and can be adapted to particular groups.

Forgiveness Asana Series
