Week 2
We go beneath the surface. Patterns, beliefs, and blocks are named and examined. You receive practices and prompts to work with between sessions.
Week 3
We track what's shifting and what's resisting. Michelle offers intuitive guidance alongside practical next steps tailored specifically to you.
Week 4
We close the arc. You leave with clarity, a grounded sense of direction, and a personal practice to carry forward.
One-on-one video calls with Michelle. Each session is personalized to where you are that week. Not scripted. Not rushed. Real conversation, real guidance.
Each session integrates energy healing to support deep clearing alongside the coaching work. Your nervous system and your mind heal together.
