What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body's natural capacity to heal — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. A practitioner channels life force energy to help clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore natural flow.

You don't need to believe in it for it to work. You only need to be willing to receive. Many people describe their first session as the deepest relaxation they've ever experienced — and a sense of release they didn't know they were holding.

What happens in a session.

Arrive as you are

You remain fully clothed. There is no performance required, no particular belief, and no experience needed. Just you, exactly as you are.

Be held

Michelle brings deep presence and over a decade of Reiki mastery to each session. Most people experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, or profound quiet.

Integrate

Sessions typically last 30 to 60 minutes. Many people feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease — sometimes immediately, sometimes over the following days.
