Michelle's teaching draws from 20+ years of study in classical yoga, Ayurveda yoga therapy, and the tradition of Sri Baba Hari Dass. This is not yoga-as-fitness. It is yoga as it was intended.

Sessions are supported by YouTube playback. Registered members access replays so your practice stays consistent even when life doesn't cooperate.

What a session looks like.

Each class creates a complete experience: intentional opening, aligned movement, pranayama, and a closing that honors stillness. Some sessions emphasize energizing alignment. Others prioritize deep rest and restoration. The practice meets you where you are.

No experience required. All bodies welcome. Beginners and longtime practitioners practice side by side.

Morning Classes

Bright Morning

Day & Time: Tuesdays at 9:00 AM ET
Duration: 60 minutes
Platform: Zoom (live)
Investment: Donation-based

Style: Active classical Hatha yoga. Standing poses, strength, flexibility, and balance. Energizing and grounding to start your week.

Bright Morning Express

Day & Time: Thursdays at 9:00 AM ET
Duration: 30 minutes
Platform: Zoom (live)
Investment: Donation-based

Style: A shorter, active Hatha practice for when time is limited. Classical standing poses, strength, and focus — complete in half the time.

Evening Classes

Quiet and Calm Yoga

Day & Time: Wednesdays at 8:00 PM ET
Duration: 60 minutes
Platform: Zoom (live)
Investment: Donation-based

Style: Restorative and yin-style practice. All poses are done on the ground. Designed for deep relaxation, nervous system support, and winding down.
